At MotoArt PlaneTags, we want you to be completely satisfied with your piece of aviation history. If your authentic aircraft skin tag doesn't meet your expectations, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the specific reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the PlaneTag in its original protective packaging to ensure the authentic aircraft paint and structural integrity are preserved during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking number for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our team inspects the returned item to verify its condition, we will process your full refund or ship out your requested replacement tag within 5-7 business days.
